In the movie "Locked Down" (2021) Ben Stiller starred with his son Quinlin Dempsey Stiller at his house.

Ben and Quinlin play supporting roles and only appear for a few minutes. They appear in front of the wall we already know from other Ben's videos. And Ben is playing in his favorite black and blue plaid shirt.

Director Doug Liman said:

"I went looking for actors who had teenage children and that’s how Ben Stiller came to be in the movie with his son, Quinn."

"Ben and I worked over FaceTime picking where the shot would be in his house. Thinking about how to minimize risk as much as possible [deeply] informed the creative decisions and my casting."

"Locked Down" is an American romantic comedy film directed by Doug Liman and written by Steven Knight. It was written, financed, and filmed entirely during the COVID-19 pandemic. The film was released in the United States on January 14, 2021.

Before a single word of the script had been written, Liman and Knight endeavored to make something that could be shot “safely,” in which the leads could exist in a quarantine bubble and almost everyone else could be filmed from a distance. Actors were cast on the basis of certain real-life parallels: Ben Stiller, for one, landed the role of smarmy boss in part because he, like the character, had a teenage son living with him under shelter-in-place rules. Anticipating that the pandemic would worsen over the course of the shoot, they would film quickly.
