Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor first met back in 1999, when Taylor auditioned for the role of “the sexy sheriff” in the failed TV pilot for “Heat Vision and Jack.” The pair became inseparable in both life and work — they’ve teamed up on several productions, both as co-stars and with Stiller behind the camera.
